Since warm weather has hit, i’ve just been itching for fun summer accessories!  Maxi dresses and skirts are all the rage right now, and what better to adorn them with but belts and tassels!  Belts have been popular accessories for a while now.  They are great for adding a bit of pop to your outfit, and super functional as they lend shape, definition and accent your best features.  Add tassels to it and you’ve got a carefree, easy to wear accessory.  Oh, and did I mention, they’re SO simple, quick and fun to make!  The one pictured features Blue Sky Alpacas Organic Worsted in color “punch” and the tassel is accented with color “lemongrass”.  I just love this as a belt, necklace, or hair piece.  Download the free pattern here.  This is such a versatile project…what will you do with yours?!
